At AYiERA iNiTiATiVE we believe that education is by far the best empowerment in fighting poverty and ignorance.
AYiERA iNiTiATiVE participants had the opportunity to take part in the 2019 edition of the East Africa Cup tournament that was held in Moshi, Tanzania.
Riziki Kagika is one of the many beneficiaries of Ayiera Initiative programs from when she joined as a young girl until now. She shares her story.
On 6th to 10th December 2018, Ayiera Initiative organisation took 30 of its participants to Mombasa for a series of football matches/tournament and educational trip.
“I was born and raised in Korogocho, but I hope through my music I will be able to tell my story to the whole world”, he says. “So that every talented child out there, be it in music, dancing, poetry can be encouraged and learn from my story”.
Ernest is not just studying theoretically, reading books and trying to finish his exams with best results. He is a good observer, too. And he is already trying to make a difference.
The foundation started at the end of 2009 under the umbrella of ” Deutschen CARE-Stiftung” (German CARE Foundation).
