The “Youth Groups Slum Exchange Programme” (YGSEP) is all about economic empowerment. Here is how AYiERA iNiTiATiVE explains and realises it.
The organisation was founded in the year 2007 by Hamilton Ayiera Nyanga who was born in Korogocho slum and hails from a poor family background.
The mission of AYiERA iNiTiATiVE is to empower the slum dwellers/children, disadvantaged people of Korogocho slum to become socially and economically engaged in the community.
